Welcome to the Maple Hill Library

All students visit the library or the computer lab each week.  Library class consists of story time, library skills instruction,  and book exchange.  Computer class includes learning basic computer skills and applications.

Preschool - Visits the library each week.  The class sizes are small, so the students often can use the library computers for instruction.  They do not borrow books.

Kindergarten - Once the kindergartners are familiar with library procedures, they will begin borrowing books.  Their kindergarten teacher determines whether or not the books may go home.  All kindergarten students will have some scheduled computer class time.

1st - 4th Grade - The students rotate each week between the library and the computer lab.  They may borrow two books each visit and their books are due in two weeks.

If students in 1st - 4th grade finish reading their books before their next scheduled class, they are welcome to exchange their materials during open check out from 3:05 - 3:20 each day.

Students are responsible for the materials they have borrowed. There are no late fees. However, students will be charged for any lost or damaged materials.   Students will not be able to borrow books until their accounts are cleared.
